The Value of Hard Work

Times have changed greatly—there is no free lunch today. Everyone has to work hard to survive and thrive. Hard work is a decision we all must make. We are lazy when we fail to decide to work hard. We need the right focus to enjoy the benefits of hard work. Perseverance is needed because fruits unfold with time. Optimism sustains hard work when challenges come. Do not compare your output with others. The fruits of hard work come at different times and shapes. Hard work does not kill—it makes us stronger.
